Wikipedia: Birkelunden is a built-up park placed centrally in the Grünerløkka borough of Oslo. It is formed as a rectangle, more or less like a city block. The park and the surrounding urban area has in 2006 been put under strict regulations, prohibiting any visible changes to the city environment.
