Wikipedia: The Narkomtiazhprom was a 1934 architectural contest for the Commissariat of Heavy Industries, to be constructed in Red Square, Moscow. Notable entrants included Ivan Leonidov, Konstantin Melnikov, Vesnin brothers and Ivan Fomin.
