Wikipedia: The Presidential Palace in Zagreb has been the official residence of the Croatian president since 1992. This residence, formerly known as "Vila Zagorje", was built in 1962 by architect Kazimir Ostrogović for the former SFRY president Josip Broz Tito. It is located at Pantovčak 241, Zagreb, Croatia.
