Wikipedia: Kyoto Seika University is a private university, located in Seika, Kyoto, Japan. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1968, and it was chartered as a university in 1979. The school is notable for containing faculties of manga and anime, its manga faculty dean being Keiko Takemiya and being involved in the teaching and training of future mangaka.
