Wikipedia: Den Nationale Scene is the largest and oldest theatre in Bergen, Norway. Founded in 1850 under the name Det Norske Theatre, it is the oldest permanent theatre in the country. The current building, designed by architect Einar Oschar Schou, was finished in 1909.
