Wikipedia: The National Indoor Arena or The NIA is a large indoor arena and is owned by the NEC Group. It is situated in central Birmingham, England and was opened in 1991, as the largest indoor arena at the time in the UK. The NIA hosts a range of events ranging from sporting events, to musical concerts, and has a capacity to seat up to 12,700 using both permanent seating and temporary seating configurations.
