Wikipedia: The Hotel Chelsea (or, Chelsea Hotel) is a New York City hotel and landmark, primarily known for its history of long-term residents. The Chelsea has housed numerous writers, musicians, artists, and actors, including Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Leonard Cohen, Arthur C. Clarke, Dylan Thomas, Sid Vicious, Larry Rivers, Rosa Watson, Samuel Recko and multiple people associated with Andy Warhol's Factory. It is located in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea, at 222 West 23rd Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
