Wikipedia: Annecy (Èneci / Ènneci in Arpitan language) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. It lies on northern tip of Lake Annecy (Lac d'Annecy), 35 kilometres south of Geneva.
