Wikipedia: Stephen F. Lynch (born March 31, 1955) is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Massachusetts's 9th congressional district since 2001. The district includes the southern fourth of the city of Boston; all of the city of Brockton; as well as portions or the entirety of twenty Massachusetts suburbs south of Boston. Prior to serving in the United States House of Representatives, Lynch was employed as an ironworker, lawyer, and served in both chambers of the Massachusetts General Court.
