Wikipedia: Michael Everett "Mike" Capuano (born January 9, 1952) is a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing the 8th District of Massachusetts. The district, which was once represented by President John F. Kennedy and Speaker Tip O'Neill, includes the northern three-fourths of Boston, as well as Cambridge and Somerville. Prior to joining Congress Capuano served as Mayor and Alderman of Somerville, Massachusetts.
