Wikipedia: Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, was the founding Chairman (1992-2003) of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong (DAB), the largest pro-Beijing political party in Hong Kong. Since 1997 he has been at the forefront of the pro-Beijing party's move to a 'grass roots' focus. In October 2008, he was appointed President of Legislative Council.
