Wikipedia: Końskie is a town in central Poland with 22,300 inhabitants (1995). Situated in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (since 1999), previously in Kielce Voivodeship (1975-1998). Most of the towns inhabitants were in the late 80s and early 90s employed in a local Huta (Steel Mill).
