Wikipedia: The Bełchatów Power Station is a large 4,440 MW lignite-fired power station situated near Bełchatów, in Poland. It is also the largest thermal power station in Europe. The station's exhaust is expelled through two 300 m (980 ft) tall chimneys, among Poland's tallest free-standing structures.
