Wikipedia: Mokattam (also Mokattam Mountain, Mokattam Hills, and Muqattam) is a hill and suburb of Cairo, Egypt. The name, which means "cut up" in Arabic, refers to the hill is divided into three parts. It lays to the east of Cairo, and in the past was an important source of limestone.
