Wikipedia: Skotniki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Aleksandrów, within Piotrków County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Aleksandrów, 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Piotrków Trybunalski, and 73 km (45 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź. Skotniki lies on the Pilica River.
