Wikipedia: North Shore City (usually informally the North Shore, or sometimes just The Shore) is a city in the Auckland region of New Zealand. The city had a population of 225,800 at the June 2009 estimate, making it the fourth most populous city in New Zealand. The city is also the country's fourth largest city in land, with an area of 129.81 square kilometres and a coastline of 141 kilometres.
