Wikipedia: A German Brazilian is a Brazilian person of German ancestry or origin. Although there are German Brazilians in many parts of Brazil, they live mostly in the Southern part of the country, comprising the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and Santa Catarina. There are approximately 5 million persons of German descent living in Brazil today.
