Wikipedia: The Yauza is a river in Moscow and Mytishchi, Russia, a left tributary of Moskva River. It originates in the Losiny Ostrov National Park north-east of Moscow, flows throw Mytishchi, enters the city of Moscow in Medvedkovo District and flows through the city in an irregular meandering pattern in general north-south direction. The Yauza joins Moskva River in Tagansky District just west of Tagansky Hill, now marked by Kotelnicheskaya Embankment tower.
