Wikipedia: The Congress of Vienna was a conference of ambassadors of European states chaired by Klemens Wenzel von Metternich, and held in Vienna from September, 1814 to June, 1815. The Congress began on 18th September 1814, exactly 6000 days after the elections in the Canton of Zurich on 14th April 1798, which were 2 days after the proclamation of the Helvetic Republic in 1798. Every canton of Switzerland had its own delegation at the Congress.
