Wikipedia: Venetian Slovenia is a small mountainous region in northeastern Italy, in the area between the towns of Cividale del Friuli, Tarcento and Gemona along the border between Italy and Slovenia. It is part of the Province of Udine in the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and it is inhabited by a significant Slovene minority.
