Wikipedia: Osaka listen is Japan's second largest city, and the heart of one of the largest metropolitan areas in the world, with nearly 20 million people. Located at the mouth of the Yodo River on Osaka Bay, in the Kansai region of the main island of Honshū, Osaka is a City in Japan and also is a designated city under the Local Autonomy Law and the capital city of Osaka Prefecture. Historically the commercial capital of Japan, Osaka functions as one of the command centers for the Japanese economy.
