Wikipedia: The Johns Hopkins University, commonly referred to as Johns Hopkins, JHU, or simply Hopkins, is a private research university located in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Johns Hopkins also maintains full-time campuses elsewhere in Maryland, Washington, D.C. , Italy, China, and Singapore. Johns Hopkins University is particularly famous for its world-renowned affiliated hospital and medical school.
